We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time entry-level Customer Service Representative. This role is more than just your typical customer service position - it involves working closely with both large customers and corporate clients as a vital extension of their team. The salary range for this position is $44,800 - $56,000 and is overtime eligible. PCA offers competitive wages and benefits package, included but not limited to:

EXPLANATION:

• Eligible for 11 holidays after completing 30 days worked.

• Annual gainshare up to 10 percent of 11-month earnings

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers have a positive experience and achieve their goals through our services. You'll be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Providing accurate and timely information regarding orders, deliveries, and order statuses.
• Processing customer orders and managing any changes or cancellations as needed.
• Assisting customers in troubleshooting product-related issues and providing effective solutions.
• Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Working independently to resolve complex issues and find creative solutions.
• Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure the continuous improvement of our customer experience.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide insightful recommendations to customers.
• Maintaining organized customer files.
• Efficiently managing customer inventory.
• Assist others in the department as needed when time permits.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recent two-year stable work history
• One to three years stable work history in an administrative or customer service role.
• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
• A strong working knowledge of computer systems with experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree or some college courses.
• Packaging and/or manufacturing customer service experience.
• Experience handling customer orders on an order entry system and maintaining/building strong positive customer-business relationships
• Knowledge of web-based computer systems and proficient in Excel.
