APM Terminals
PURPOSE Support the Head of HSSE Improvement in:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the Head of HSSE Improvement to execute the Security context in the local HSSE Improvement Plan and annual priorities: As a member of the HSSE Improvement team you will execute the security elements of the HSSE Plan. This will involve building strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Terminal and local external security stakeholders. Support Head of HSSE Improvement to deliver and ensure APMT security risk management processes: Deploy APMT security risk management process aligned to APMT HSSE risk methodology; Monitor the local security context and pro-actively identify security threats and risks at a local level; terminal emergency and security incident response procedures/exercise management and coordinated response; Deploy APMT security improvement projects and coordinate local security activities; Provide security input for local projects in terms of asset procurement and deployment Terminal Port Facility Security Officer per ISPS legislation Perform PFSO responsibilities and maintains Terminals ISPS accreditation per legislation; compliance with relevant security legislation as directed; and oversight of the Terminals local security contractors to ensure effective service delivery Support the Head of HSSE Improvement in investigation and reporting of significant security incidents and risk concerns Support the Head of HSSE in the investigation of any serious security incidents at APMT property and ensure any lessons learnt are implemented to prevent recurrence; accountable for APMT Security Reporting process through to APMT Global Head of Security & Resilience via Human Risks platform and provide security input into APMT relevant compliance investigations as required. Support the Head of HSSE Improvement in the delivery and oversight of local APMT Travel Security procedures and Security Duty of Care: Provide pre-travel Journey Management Plans for employee's and visitors (High Risk )yellow/red)Terminal locations or as specified by the Global Head of Security & Resilience) in a timely manner and/or ensure JMP's are facilitated for Terminal employee's travelling to High Risk locations; ensure Travel Security awareness and procedures as part of Terminal Security on-boarding brief for all new employee's; ensure Travel Security provisions (APMT SharePoint, Business Travel Insurance Cards, Travel Security Apps) and localized up-to-date security context briefings are available and communicated to all employees and visitors to the Terminals. Oversight and monitoring of local context Security threats and assess risk levels as pertains to ensuring security for APMT employees and agree with Head of HSSE Improvement on time sensitive local security advisories, agree proactive mitigation, planning with Head of HSSE Improvement; new post staff and families - identify needs for expatriate staff individualized security briefings and assistance.
