The Senior Benefits and Compensation Manager is a key partner in shaping our Total Rewards strategy. From designing salary structures and incentive plans to evaluating benefit offerings and ensuring compliance, this role leads programs that directly support our people and business growth.
This position will oversee everything from market benchmarking and annual planning cycles to vendor management, open enrollment, and employee communications. With a data-driven approach, you'll use insights and analytics to influence decisions and continuously improve our offerings, making a real impact on both the employee experience and company success.

Position Summary
The Sr. Benefits and Compensation Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This includes salary structures, incentive plans, health and welfare benefits and employee wellness initiatives. The role ensures programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives, as well as compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
This role will drive RK's benefits strategy leveraging our brokers, assessing best practices, interpreting key legislative activity, assessing plan costs, updating and communicating plan design, benchmarking benefit plan value versus a group of comparison companies as well as reviewing and communicating the value/cost of employee benefit and wellness programs.
