As a full time, exempt Staffing Pharmacy Manager with CPS Solutions, LLCat Southeast Georgia Health System, Brunswick location, under the direction of the Health System Director of Pharmacy, this role plans, organizes, controls, and supervises activities in hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. Recommends innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs. As a CPS-employed Staffing Pharmacy Manager, you'll have a full support team available to you including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory. This position will split time 50% with management duties and 50% staffing duties.

Schedule: This full time position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM with some on call and occasional weekends if needed.

Starting Pay: $160,000 to $175,000 annually.

About the Facility: Southeast Georgia Health System is a Joint Commission Accredited not for profit healthcare system serving residents and visitors of Brantley, Camden, Charlton, Glynn, McIntosh and Wayne counties since 1888. The Brunswick Campus has 300 beds and has a wide variety of specialty services including: Orthopaedic and Spine, Cancer Care, Maternity Care, Senior Care, and Robotic surgery. The Camden Campus has 40 beds and is the home of a 24 hour Emergency Care Center, ICU, Medical Surgical unit, Cancer care, Maternity Care, Orthopaedic and joint replacement center, senior care as well as Outpatient Rehabilitation Care.

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Degree - Bachelors or Pharm D from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Georgia Pharmacist licensure that is currently active and in good standing
  • 4+ years recent experience as an inpatient Pharmacist
  • Recent pharmacy management experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other members of hospital and pharmacy staff

Hospital Requirements:

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
  • Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • HepB3 Series(or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st - April 30th
  • COVID Vaccine
  • Color Vision Test
