Description
BlueHalo, an AV Company is looking for a highly talented Range Safety Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will support the MDA Targets and Countermeasures Engineering Directorate (MDA/TCE) and provide assistance across the targets portfolio, including flight termination system and range safety requirements development and verification. This will involve supporting Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor-Furnished Equipment (CFE) hardware and software development, acceptance, qualification, integration, and checkout. You may also be called upon to support component failure investigations and participate in review boards. As a Range Safety Engineer, you will serve as an expert on behalf of the Targets Program Office during flight tests, Range Safety Working Groups, and functionality testing. You will play a key role in requirements development, oversight, and verification for flight termination system products and other related range safety functions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success of missile defense and complex DoD programs. Key Responsibilities:
