To achieve winning results, we're excited to look for a Division Operations and Supply Chain Director that will lead division and BU operations and supply chain strategy creation and guide the teams in effective implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes, optimizing supply chain performance, and leading a team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Division level strategy and implementation plan for Operations and Supply Chain

• Develop operational, supply chain, and inventory strategies to improve quality, delivery, efficiency and productivity with each of the Division BU Leadership Teams.

• Responsible for system wide application of techniques that improve safety, quality and delivery while reducing inventory and cost (components and systems)

• Work across SDG, MAG and CAG to develop efficient processes that both meet the division BU needs and support appropriate commonality of systems

• Mentor a team of operations and supply chain professionals.

• Participate as a member of the Division Leadership Team.

• Implement new tools and technologies in operations

• Jointly develop production readiness plans and production scaling plans that meet both internal readiness and customer confidence requirements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Support or lead targeted recovery plans in collaboration with BUGMs.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Have run a manufacturing facility.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
