Overview

FTI is looking for an Admin to support our Colorado Springs office. Our ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, as well as experience handling various administrative tasks including data entry, electronic filing, and organizing.

Responsibilities

    Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations.
  • Create correspondence, forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  • Responsible for administrative duties such as meeting coordination, document preparation, escorting visitors, travel and expense processing, and preparation of briefings.
  • Assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
  • Responsible for all ordering, filing, and storage of office supplies.
  • Plan and implement logistics for internal and external events.
  • Basic financial management including bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Compiles and consolidates data from various sources into meaningful documents/reports.
  • Process purchase requests, obtains quotes, compare prices, and prepare purchase documents.
  • Distribute reports, data, and forms to the organization as needed.
  • Order food for branch functions, training classes, other meetings, etc.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answers email, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Receptionist duties when applicable.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.


Education/Qualifications

  • Must be S. Citizen and be willing to obtain a DoD clearance.
  • Strong communication skills, responsive in planning and completing tasks, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated use of standard office administrative practices and procedures, including standard office equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

For this role, the hourly compensation range for candidates in Colorado is $20.57 - $30.86/hour.

*Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. FTI has a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
