Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

• Manage day-to-day performance and issue resolution of triconresidential.com.

• Respond promptly to website support tickets and communicate findings to the Director of Digital Marketing.

• Execute website QA, testing, and performance troubleshooting.

• Oversee sprint planning with development agency and manage delivery cycles.

• Optimize and automate workflows to support scale and efficiency.

• Oversee US ILS feed integrations and monitor for optimization opportunities.

• Conduct weekly QA on listings to ensure CRM lead accuracy and tagging.

• Collaborate on SEO strategy and lead implementation and reporting.

• Manage the digital asset management (DAM) platform including training and support.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure cohesive digital execution.

• Recommend best practices and improvements to strengthen Tricon's digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Experience with platforms such as Zillow Group, CoStar, or other syndication networks.

• Strong QA and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Familiarity with DAM systems, CRMs, and web analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with a strong team orientation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, especially with WordPress.

Preferred Attributes:

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience of WordPress-based websites and system integrations, as well as proficiency in search engine optimization

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from various sources. Knowledge of customer relationship management tools to track marketing sources and optimize customer conversions.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
