Center for Teaching and Learning Job Description
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at UMSL is seeking a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized Project Coordinator to join our growing and campus-engaged team. This role will contribute to close partnerships with our CTL Instructional Design, Learning Analytics, and Faculty Development teams, as well as active engagement with faculty and staff to support teaching, learning, and course feedback initiatives. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in advancing our mission to foster an inclusive and innovative teaching and learning environment through supporting the people, systems, and data that tell the story of how our work impacts the mission of the CTL and UMSL. This is a hybrid position requiring 40 hours/week with opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days/week when not otherwise required on campus. We understand that a successful candidate may not possess expertise in all areas below. Key responsibilities include: Teaching and Course Certification Support (30%) Program Registration and Tracking (30%) Database and Data Management (25%) Course Evaluation System Administration (5%) Office Support and Administration (5%) Event Management (5%) Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles, preferably in higher education. Anticipated Hiring Range
$18.50/hour - $26.34/hour Application Materials
