Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Sheeter Operator!

Calling all night owls that are ready to be a key player in our production team! Become a Sheeter Operator, you'll take charge of the set-up and operation of our Marquip Sheeter, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This is your chance to make a significant impact and be part of a dynamic, innovative team!

Responsibilities



  • Set up each job on the machine, including retrieving, feeding, slitting, and trimming rolls
  • Operate the machine at peak efficiency
  • Follow detailed work instructions and procedures for each job
  • Troubleshoot and adjust the machine as needed
  • Ensure product conformance to specifications
  • Maintain accurate inventory management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team


Qualifications



  • Quality-conscious with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
  • Basic computer skills for smooth operations
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
  • Experience operating clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work


    • Training for this position would be on first shift for the first 120 days of employment. Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm, if possible.


  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
