Description Join Our Team as a 3^rd Shift Sheeter Operator! Calling all night owls that are ready to be a key player in our production team! Become a Sheeter Operator, you'll take charge of the set-up and operation of our Marquip Sheeter, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This is your chance to make a significant impact and be part of a dynamic, innovative team! Responsibilities Set up each job on the machine, including retrieving, feeding, slitting, and trimming rolls Operate the machine at peak efficiency Follow detailed work instructions and procedures for each job Troubleshoot and adjust the machine as needed Ensure product conformance to specifications Maintain accurate inventory management Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team Qualifications Quality-conscious with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork Basic computer skills for smooth operations Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot Experience operating clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work Training for this position would be on first shift for the first 120 days of employment. Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm, if possible.
