Onsite-Procurement Specialist/Administrative Support

opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Antonio, TX.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Two (2) to three (3) years' experience using SAP Ariba
• Understand sourcing and procurement processes
• Ability to go onsite Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
• Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

• Requisition entry, tracking and management
• Budget tracking, standardized report updates and management
• Equipment and parts shipping arrangement and tracking
• Travel arrangement and expense report creation
• KPI tracking and reporting updates
• Maintain office standards

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) to three (3) years' experience using SAP Ariba
• Requisition and budget tracking experience.
• Understand sourcing and procurement processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
