This role is perfect for a professional with 4-5 years of experience in a large enterprise Salesforce environment who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage offshore resources, set processes, ensure deadlines are met, and transition into the DevOps space. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, including offshore resources. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Process & Project Management: Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Technical Expertise: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. DevOps Transition: Lead the transition of Salesforce development to a DevOps model. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and automation. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in a large enterprise Salesforce environment. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
