*Description*
Our client is looking for a large influx of medical billing/collections/support specialists to join their team on a CTH basis. Previous contractors couldn't convert so we are replacing them. Candidates need to be able to be on-site for these roles for at least the duration of contract period. MEDICAL BILLER: Follow up on patient accounts by using multiple EMR and patient charting software Perform accounts receivable for patient accounts Follow up on both government and commercial insurance claims and process denials Answer all complex patient questions regarding denials and outstanding balances Call insurance companies to follow up on claims status PAYMENT POSTING SPECIALIST: Payment posting for insurance and private pay Need to access and navigate, bank sites, insurance payer sites, clearing house sites, electronic transfers, bank checks, credit card payments Thorough review and understanding of all posting items Navigating systems, notating accounts, processing payments and adjustments COLLECTIONS REP: Inbound calls for all of CBO when needed Experience in patient customer service Taking patient payments over the phone Outbound calls to collect balances Thorough account review to determine if accounts go to outside collection agency Navigating systems, notating accounts, processing payments and adjustments *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
