Technical Delivery Lead

The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the technical success of the project, starting as early as the pre-sales phase in some cases, and continuing through delivery and handover to operations and Care. Collaborating with the Central Delivery Services team and the Project Management team, the Technical Delivery Lead oversees the technical aspects of the project, coordinating efforts across the technical teams and members within the Core domain.



  • You will have complete responsibility for the Core domain's relevant service scope, software upgrade deliveries, and risk management.
  • Be in charge of the Core Domain's technical delivery strategy, ensuring that delivery aligns with the committed domain scope, timelines, key revenue milestones, technical delivery costs versus ASBL, and quality standards. Controlling Core domain delivery costs according to ASBL and time approvals.
  • Support the DDL in delivery sign-off, PTA handover, and evaluate and acknowledge the Core Domain delivery plan, scope, cost, solution, resources, risks, and acceptance.
  • Be responsible for project resourcing according to the signed Core domain scope, ASBL, delivery strategy, and project plan.
  • Engage closely with Domain Central Delivery Services and Care for resource demand projections, sharing service and solution scopes, delivery strategy, and delivery timelines to facilitate resource demand capacity and capability planning and development.
  • You will assess and manage changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements, including evaluating change requests, analyzing impacts, and controlling change request approvals with MS PM and/or Care PM.
  • Provide support to the pre-sales team upon request, particularly in cases of service offering on non-blueprint solution delivery and cost optimization.


You have:



  • Over 10 years of experience as a senior leader in project management and services/care delivery.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication abilities.
  • A solid understanding of 4G and 5G core solution architecture.
  • Proficiency in Nokia packet core solutions, GitOps, integration services, CICD, and automation frameworks.
  • A proven track record of driving strong financial results in packet core-related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage crises and conflicts in complex environments.

  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements.
  • Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and delivering within the specified financial constraints.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and integration with development teams.
