The SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst supports our people strategy, processes and tools, allowing leaders to identify, develop and reward our talent. This position is responsible for maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors system. You will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SAP SuccessFactors system. This position may be located in either Apex, NC or Queretaro, Mexico. Come build your future with us!
The Build (Responsibilities)
- Assist withthe daily administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system.
- Partner with HR Leadership and other system administrators to assist with theconfiguration,maintenance, and support the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes, and to support our HR events.
- Maintain system security roles and supporting content (for example, profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.).
- Partner with other managers to configure analytics (for example, preparation and delivery of reports), including the measurement strategy and frequency of reports.
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release system specifications, supporting system changes, and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration, and test workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, & enhancements.
- Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use.
- Manage global compliance to established policies, procedures and governance.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
- Required experience in SAP SuccessFactors System.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization ' to both technical and business audiences;excellent documentation and written communication skills (SOP manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in HR system administration, service delivery or related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices.
- Must be fluent in English.
- If based in Mexico, travel to the US office will be required once per quarter.
