SPECIALIST, COMPLIANCE

Support Merchandising department with data analysis and related reporting.

• Navigate reporting systems to track and monitor data points, such as: customer fill rates, late loads, critical and item lists.
• Collect and compile data from multiple sources for review and action by the buyers.
• Review pending distribution reports.
• Publish (via print or email) specific reports for buyer and/or manager's review.
• Facilitate requests for UIN's as needed.
• Track opportunities communicated from distribution owners of divisions
• Perform job functions of Merchandising Order Clerk on an as needed basis.
• Other duties may be assigned

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have 2 years college or equivalent business experience in Purchasing and/or Accounting preferred.
• Demonstrate an ability to work with numbers.
• Have excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
• Be dependable and have a drive to succeed.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Be able to work quickly and accurately in an online/digital environment.
• Be able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Office environment
