Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Hayward, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Review final quotes, project cost estimates, customer purchase orders, and performance guarantees.
• Identify commercial and technical issues.
• Work with sales teams to negotiate with customers.
• Establish and drive project schedules using SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Procure specialised machinery and controls from vendors.
• Negotiate pricing.
• Issue purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Follow up with vendors on schedules and drawings.
• Follow equipment through mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, check-out, pre-shipment testing and shipping to see customer specifications are met.
• Provide project updates at weekly orders-in-progress (OIP) meetings.
• Monitor project costs.
• Schedule and conduct project close-out meetings to identify discrepancies between planned and actual costs.
• Interface with customer and field service to maintain project "punch list".
• Arrange for visits to the customer's site to address warranty issues and time of installation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, MS Project, SAP, CRM, AutoCAD viewer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with assembly drawings, system layout drawings, electrical drawings.

Additional Information:
