Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday with varying hours between 6:00 AM -11:00 PM including one weekend a month and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:



  • Work in the Inpatient Operating Room (OR).
  • Be responsible for daily billing and reconciling.
  • Order and maintain supplies for the department.
  • Answer incoming calls.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
