Your Role The Sr. Manager, Learning Operations will strategically manage and optimize learning and development operations in alignment with business goals and the learning roadmap. You will lead a team responsible for the areas of learning governance, vendor management, and compliance and partner closely with Vantive functional leaders in the areas of HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Corporate Communications. What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for Global Learning policies, tools, standards and guidelines; including development and implementation of global standards, periodic evaluation of standards, and their update through inputs from various stakeholders Establish and maintain a standard repository of materials to be leveraged for the onboarding of team members and promoting learning adoption across the enterprise Deploy standard technology practices across the organization (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, MS Forms, MS Planner) for team collaboration and usage; inclusive of folder structure, naming conventions, governance and design / creation Ensure learning governance model is being followed within the Global Learning organization Provide documentation and collateral to train, inform, and facilitate Learning Governance adoption and alignment across Vantive
Liaise closely with Procurement to manage the entire process of vendor selection and contracting including vendor compliance to MSA/SOWs, escalate any issues, as needed Liaise with Corporate Communications to understand Vantive's Partner closely with HR IT to ensure deployment and stability of Learning systems and licenses Partner closely with Legal to ensure that learning offerings meet regulatory and compliance requirements and facilitate global alignment, where appropriate Consult with functional leaders and the learning engagement team to understand learning needs and align initiatives with business priorities. Coordinate with Corporate Communications to maintain a pulse on various activities across the organization, understand interdependencies and timing to coordinate and optimize communications and program launch activities
Manage software licenses and other resources needed for learning programs Consult on system capabilities, learning tools, and offerings within the learning ecosystem Understand gaps and seek to evaluate and offer solutions via relevant tool licensing
Coordinate the evaluation of vendor offerings and programs aligned to the learning roadmap; including demonstrations, pilots, scoring / feedback, and selection Design and deliver communication materials and collateral in support of program launches Develop measurement mechanisms to evaluate the success and /or adoption of vendor programs Coordinate and distribute vendor promotions
Maintain relationships with Global Learning vendors, including training, translation and technology providers Establish a cadence of standard operating mechanisms to facilitate regular dialogue, issue resolution, new offerings / features, and performance evaluation Understand vendor service level agreements (SLAs) and track vendor performance Manage day-to-day operations, risk in vendor performance, and escalate issues as required Implement forums to obtain vendor feedback from the Global Learning organization and functional partners Manage vendor performance through Vendor Business Reviews
Manage requirements gathering, RFP scoring, vendor oral presentations, down selection, and selection processes in alignment with Procurement Execute vendor MSAs and SOWs; including renewals and extensions Understand vendor contracting terms (e.g. rate cards, price steps, and included services) Maintain approved and preferred vendor lists and manage exceptions
Participate in the Annual Operating Plan process for the determination and finalization of the Global Learning Budget Own the vendor strategy for learning and cost effectiveness of vendor support model Obtain and analyze Learning Spend data to track expected spend to actual spend Identify trends and areas for improvement (e.g. vendor optimization and consolidation) What You'll Bring

At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
