As our new Safety & Survival Instructor you are a competent public speaker will be responsible for delivering training to personnel in the Oil & Gas, Maritime, and Construction industries, as well as many others. You will also support our HSEQ department with compliance assistance, course creation, and maintenance programs...

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruct and assess safety and survival courses

  • Upkeep of the equipment maintenance plan and instructor competency matrix

We are looking for

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in offshore safety training. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:

  • Water/Sea survival instruction experience, such as HUET/BOSIET, is highly recommended

  • Must be highly self-driven and result oriented

  • Must have excellent communication skills and preferably experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Experience working in safety and survival training centers

  • Service minded with a high drive

  • A structured way of working, showing attention to detail

  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing

We are looking for a candidate that has experience in offshore operations, a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications such as OPITO-approved courses, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver safety training programs in a dynamic and high-risk environment.
