Position Details:

Schedule | Monday - Friday, rotating 8-hour shift

Pay | $25 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain regular attendance and take full ownership of shift performance in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Lead and participate in safety efforts, including evacuation drills, PPE audits, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct area walks to sustain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead production and safety meetings; document key shift events and communicate issues.
  • Supervise and direct shift personnel, enforce discipline, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor and support associate training, skills development, and provide timely feedback.
  • Ensure proper staffing, call in replacements as needed, and operate equipment if short-staffed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards across the plant and assign cleanup tasks.
  • Use SAP and other tools for documentation, audits, and reporting.
  • Assist in shipping/receiving, lead projects as assigned, and support troubleshooting efforts.




Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience as a team lead or supervisor.
