Basic Function
HF Sinclair is seeking an Intermediates Representative in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will contribute to the development of functional strategy and leads others to resolve unique problems. You will manage high-level, complex purchasing, scheduling and selling for a wide range of products including feedstock's and refined products such as natural gas, natural gas liquids, naphtha, unfinished diesel, light cycle oil, heavy oils, asphalt, petroleum coke, sulfur, and other products for internal and external marketing network. This role will require you to utilize expertise and in-depth knowledge of job discipline. Job Duties

5 - 15 years of experience in a combination of financial analysis, logistics and supply, and product marketing experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required. High-level understanding of refinery operations. PREFFERED EXPERIENCE: Refining, refined products, asphalt-marketing and heavy oils experience are preferred. Education Level
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or technical-related fields is required. PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL: MBA preferred Required Skills
Excellent team building skills. Ability to influence the organization with facts, data and build consensus around a plan which results in actions taken. Advanced crisis management skills: ability to handle situations involving conflicts arising out of products being off specification, short/long term refinery/logistical/human error problems causing product outages, customer complaints, etc. Working understanding of supply and distribution. Self-starter with drive and ability to achieve planned objectives. Strong creative, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create mutual respect with peers and a positive work environment, perform a variety of assignments as related to assigned product, and multi-task. Working knowledge of Microsoft products and general SAP end user experience. Excellent computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others, in both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility
