Position Summary Candidate Identified; External Applications Not Being Considered. The ideal candidate for this administrative hourly position is someone who pays attention to detail, is thorough, organized, a quick-learner, works independently with little supervision, can make sound decisions, and is committed to supporting the mission and values of the university. This position will focus on day-to-day administration of budget duties, focusing on accounts payable, purchase order and budget tasks. This position will also support office management duties as appropriate. Essential skills include critical thinking, reasoning, process orientation and detailed focus as well as using Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word and managing projects through shared resources, such as SharePoint, ClickUp and WorkDay.
