Job Summary:
Does supporting the next generation of teachers, health care practitioners, and artistic creators sound exciting to you? Then consider becoming the Office Operations Manager for the UW-Madison School of Education Student Services team. Our mission is to serve prospective and current students, helping them find their way into and through our top-rated academic programs, providing all types of support so they can thrive along the way. We're looking for a positive, energetic, and proactive administrative professional to support our 23-person team and manage the business dimensions of our office. Well qualified candidates will have experience supporting teams with human resources, finances, and event management, and will demonstrate strong communication skills, attentiveness to detail, and initiative taking. Responsibilities: Manages a program and/or programmatic activities. Initiates, develops, and implements operational services that support a defined project, program, work unit, or function to advance program goals and objectives. May supervise staff and/or approve unit expenditures.
