Job Summary: In addition to being a key contributor to their assigned projects, this position in the administrative manager of the Project Engineering team at Messer. This team is responsible for the day-to-day management of much of our key capital projects. This includes coordination of detailed design, schedule, procurement and stage gate processes (P&ID review, Hazop, Model Reviews, Safety Reviews). The Project Engineers provide critical value to the organization by ensuring the project stays on track to achieve it business goals. As the key interface between the various organizations in Messer, project engineers gain unique insights into the functioning of the organization and how Messer delivers value to our customer. They use this insight to dive their project(s) forward. As a working supervisor, lead the Project Engineering and Execution Project Engineering team (including outsource and contract resources) to develop winning proposals and deliver projects Safely, to Specification, on Schedule and on Budget. This includes hiring and developing the team, developing tools that are aligned both with Operations and Messer globally. Why Messer?
