Utz Brands is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of Brand Management to lead our flagship brand portfolio, seasonal lines, and portfolio marketing strategy. Based in Chicago, Hanover, or Dallas, this high-impact role calls for a marketing powerhouse with a proven track record of brand leadership in CPG, a sharp eye for market trends, and the ability to turn insights into action. Reporting to the SVP, Brand Brand Marketing, the Senior Director, Brand Management- Utz & Seasonal will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, consumer behavior, or business management, MBA preferred and a minimum 10 years of experience in CPG brand and/or customer marketing roles. Candidates must possess superior analytical thinking with the ability to identify key insights and build growth strategies and the ability to function on a project basis while maintaining strategic vision. Proven leadership in developing and empowering employees to achieve objectives with a team-based approach, as well as the ability to display an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth environment are crucial in this position.
