This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Position Summary: Join our dynamic Accounting Operations team as an Analyst for Intercompany. In this role, you'll oversee both onshore and offshore intercompany accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of various transactions (e.g., AR/AP/loans/Royalty/Interest income and Expense). We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. You'll work closely with one or more operating companies in the U.S. market, managing their shared service accounting operations. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain intercompany accounting standard operating procedures, guidelines, and controls to ensure compliance with Nestle Accounting Standards.
- Partner with offshore teams to ensure all intercompany activities are executed timely and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic vision, identify, and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives for intercompany accounting activities.
- Prepare related party transactions disclosures and required support for financial statements.
- Review various related party transactions to ensure accounting accuracy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve automated processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with offshore intercompany counterparts to resolve any reconciliation differences and ensure intercompany balances are properly eliminated during consolidation.
- Monitor intercompany aging reports and follow up on outstanding items to drive timely resolution and minimize aged intercompany balances.
- Prepare financial statements and schedules related to intercompany transactions for internal and external reporting purposes quarterly.
- Support the deconsolidation project of our SAP system, which involves separating a unified SAP environment into individual instances for different business units or entities.
- Help resolve escalations of offshore team to drive down aged IG balances.
- Provide accounting guidance to onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3 years in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a shared service center or multinational organization.
- Proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system and MS Applications.
- Ability and willingness to embrace change and deliver continuous process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Take initiative and operate with minimal supervision, emphasis on documentation and automation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for solving complex problems and generating cross-functional solutions.
- Ability and desire to develop digital solutions, with proven skills in data awareness, visualization, communication, and business partnering.
