The OpportunityPharma Technical Technology (PTT) in Pharma Technical Operations (PT) enhances industrialization and technical product management through SHE integration, maintenance, facility fitness, performance optimization, and scalable processes, focusing on robustness, efficiency, and reliability. The global Manufacturing Science and Technology (gMSAT) within PTT manages commercial products, new technologies, standardization, and risk mitigation for Large and Small Molecules. The Operations Group Lead oversees product industrialization and process improvements, providing second-level support, managing transfers, and deploying new technologies. They ensure supply reliability and regulatory compliance and collaborate with site and MSAT leaders, representing technological needs and developing optimized processes and regulatory materials. This role is vital for integrating new technologies and improvements across Roche's manufacturing network.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $252,000 to $468,000 annually.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
