The Marketing Manager is a creative and results-driven person responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Managers and hotel teams to promote the hotel with on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels to positively impact revenue performance for the hotels in Twenty Four Seven Hotels' portfolio. Job Duties:
- Partner with Digital Marketing Managers to execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Communicate with internal cross-functional teams to plan and execute hotel marketing initiatives
- Develop marketing content for a variety of campaign formats, including print, digital, social media and PR
- Partner with Operations to conceptualize/execute property-level programming and lifestyle activations
- Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute F&B promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests and local patrons that drive incremental revenue
- Manage standalone hotel website content specific to F&B, special events, offers and photography
- Ensure that all third-party hotel listings are up to date with F&B and special events content
- Lead, own and direct asset development - photoshoots (sourcing, planning, on-site execution, post-editing and distribution)
- Develop and design hotel and sales collateral that match hotel brand guidelines
- Serve as the hotel(s) brand guardian / liaison, verifying all marketing reflects brand voice.
- Project management approach to implementing campaigns, including editorial calendars, social media
- Develop and implement social strategies for hotels' social media channels
- Develop targeted paid social advertising campaigns to drive awareness and revenue
- Develop engaging creative content and visuals
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers, Sales Leaders and F&B teams to promote packages, special offers, dining, and on-property happenings
- Oversees strategy and performance of social media agency partners to ensure deliverables are executed to support hotel strategy
- Activate incremental social media marketing opportunities ranging from partnerships, third-party sites and CVBs
- Lead influencer marketing strategies and collaborations
- Streamlines marketing processes and procedures to improve quality and efficiency of team output
- Creates monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, owners, hotel leaders and 24seven Hotel executive staff on key marketing metrics, ROI and revenue growth
- Regularly analyzes performance reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements
- Project management for corporate marketing initiatives
- Communicate with internal cross-functional teams to execute corporate marketing initiatives
- Provide departmental support for marketing needs
- Creative design and deployment of internal email communications
- Develop content and support corporate social media channels
- Support corporate website maintenance
- Support planning and execution of annual company event
Education and Experience:
- 4-year college degree preferred (Major in Marketing or related field strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively more responsible positions in overseeing Marketing functions, including brand management, social media, online distribution and public relations.
- Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design and relevant applications required.
- Experience managing multiple brand entities.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills and a teamwork style to accomplish goals.
- Organization Skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task required.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to travel locally and overnight up to 15% of the time.
