Job Description:

JOB DUTIES

• Works independently or assists supervisor in the completion of duties in a specialized field. (e.g., installation of irrigation systems, chemical application, masonry work, greenhouse management, specialized grounds care, athletic field care, campus signage, swimming pool maintenance, fountain maintenance and/or landscape construction and installation).

• Operates and maintains equipment related to major duties.

• Assists in the inventory process of supplies and/or equipment in a specific area.

• Will be required to attend various training and certification courses related to field of expertise.

• Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of teamwork and collegiality and interacts with confidence, patience and integrity to provide professional leadership during emergencies.

• Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines.

• Performs other duties as required.

EDUCATION

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

One year of experience in a related position.

Technical education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred:

More than one year of experience.
