The Division President (DP) role will serve as a key member of the FLIK executive leadership team. The DP will drive revenue and increase growth opportunities for the Sector. This role will also provide direct leadership in production, logistics and people support while reaching the Company's goals. The DP will devise and align with central initiatives along with advancing the overall growth of the brand. This position is based remote in the United States; must be near a major airport. Principle Accountabilities: The primary role of the Division President falls into five broad categories: 1. Revenue and Profitability Leadership Shape and develop Sector strategy and organization 2. Environmental Scanning and Strategic Context Advise the CEO/CFO on strategic business development and key corporate planning opportunities that positively impact the overall business 3. People, Performance, and Culture Drive the organization initiatives supporting people, overall organization performance, and maximization of culture for the organization 4. Account Retention Set performance goals tailored for the regions within the area of responsibility in the sector 5. Innovation and Operational Excellence Relaunch the FISD brand and drive innovation, brand uniqueness and operational excellence across the portfolio Key requirements:
