Join us as a Premier Access Health Advisor, where your skills and empathy can truly make an impact on our members lives. Our Health Advisors provide top-notch, personalized support to our members, help them navigate healthcare options to ensure they receive the best and fastest care possible and may occasionally accompany members to appointments that are within a 100-mile radius.

PinnacleCare is a health advisory service that connects individuals and organizations to the world's most advanced healthcare and facilitates access to top specialists for more streamlined and personalized healthcare experience. PinnacleCare extends a broad range of support for families and organizations to facilitate more efficient access and better outcomes through Comprehensive Health Advisory Memberships for individuals/families, and Connection Group Benefits available through employers/organizations.

How you will contribute:

  • Guide Every Step of Care: Be the trusted coordinator for all aspects of your member's healthcare, from collecting medical records and scheduling appointments to arranging second opinions with top physicians as needed
  • Provide Expert Insights: Work closely with Medical Directors and Researchers to offer the latest on treatments, clinical trials, and expert physicians. Members rely on your unbiased support to make informed decisions in any medical situation
  • Deliver Caring, High-Touch Service: Be a dependable and compassionate support for members and their families. They will turn to you for efficient, reliable guidance and comfort throughout their healthcare journey
  • Direct oversight and delivery of client service, engagement and accounting for assigned Premier Access accounts
  • Collaborate with management team in various departments such as Health Information Management, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Relations, Member Services, HIM and Med Intel to deliver seamless service and identify areas for improvement
  • Acts as a resource to the Premier Access Specialists to provide guidance, insight and problem resolution
  • Reviews Member Medical Intelligence Reports, Physician Referral Reports, Travel Reports, Member Utilization Reports

What you will bring with you:

  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Nurse other health related field such as Occupational Therapist or Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • 7+ years of clinical medicine, direct patient care or case management experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and adapt to a changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Problem solver with a bias towards action and a proactive approach to anticipating and meeting member needs
  • Effective communicator
  • Service oriented in all aspects-towards members, peers, and internal stakeholders

Salary:

$72,500-$108,800

At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The salary range for this role is competitive nationwide, and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
