The Risk Mitigation Manager provides technical support, process assessment, root cause analysis for ACT acute, home and chronic programs within DaVita.

*This is a fully remote position. Candidates must physically sit in CST/MST timezones.*

Responsibilities:

  • Review facility data reports to identify acute, home and chronic programs that could represent potential enterprise risk.
  • Provide technical support to ACT programs including development of Plans of Correction (POC) with routine follow-up.
  • Evaluate operational compliance with relevant requirements which include: DaVita policy and procedures, Joint commission requirements, CMS Conditions for Coverage, AAMI standards and other applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal DaVita divisions, including but not limited to, Risk, SOS, Teammate Safety, Hospital Services Group, Infectious Disease Team and Home National Team, on identifying enterprise risk programs.
  • Identify and share best practices
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years nephrology technical experience
  • Experience in CQI methodology and techniques
  • Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record
  • Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to presentations and use internet effectively
  • High School Diploma

Salary/ Wage Range

$75,000.00-$110,000.00 / year
