Job Summary:

Bongards' Creameries is seeking an Application Administrator to support our ERP system and other applications throughout our company. Under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Applications, this position will assist in optimizing up time for our crucial business systems, assist with SQL data issues, and manage our EDI process. This position is based out of our Chanhassen, MN corporate office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolve escalated application or data issues from our technical support team



  • Lead our EDI team in onboarding new customers
  • Resolve issues with current EDI integrations
  • Manage knowledge base articles to assist our technical support team in resolving issues
  • Work with our DBA and BI developer in managing our data warehouse
  • Participate in our Change Advisory Board
  • Assist with integrating data between enterprise applications
  • Some travel to our other locations required
  • Some after-hour work required
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Must have 2-5 years of ERP software/data experience with experience in writing T-SQL stored procedures and queries
  • Experience with programming languages
  • Experience with EDI processes is preferred
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees, management, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or equivalent desired.

Salary:



  • $80,000-$120,000 DOE
