Description Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD Security Clearance Requirement: Secret Telework Eligible? No As the Project Support Specialist, you will provide administrative, analytical, and project support to NAVAIR's PMA-205, TCTS II team at NAS Patuxent River.
- Planning, prioritizing, and analyzing tasking for specific financial and administrative functions, such as budgeting, funding execution, financial reporting, timekeeping, inventory accountability, procurement, travel requests, and managing records.
- Interacting with leadership, managers, team leads, and the organization's workforce including contractors and military personnel to organize and complete tasks in a timely and effective manner.
- Reviewing trends and performing analysis of separate budget activities using CSPT and ERP.
- Reviewing funding documents and tracking execution.
- Managing SharePoint folders and access.
- Requesting and tracking CNET accounts.
- Additional tasking may be assigned based on the needs of the government customer and program.

- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of administrative/project support experience (required).
- You have at least 1 year of experience supporting a NAVAIR program office (required).
- You are skilled in the use of Adobe Pro and MS Office.

Salary Range:
