SALARY RANGE $20.42 - $26.94WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Waukesha County's District Attorney's Office is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will perform a broad variety of clerical and administrative support work. Typical duties include greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, providing customer service, preparing communications, receiving and processing payments and balancing a cash drawer, organizing and maintaining records, reports, and files, assisting with projects, and responding to the public. The ideal candidate will have recent work experience dealing with the criminal justice system. We offer a competitive hourly rate (starting rate range is $20.42 to $23.45 depending on qualifications; full range extends to $26.94). Prior to hiring, the successful candidate will be subject to a background investigation conducted by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
