What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate production planning and scheduling for multiple manufacturing lines and work centers to optimize supply chain flow.

  • Publish weekly production schedules and maintain a 12 month rolling plan based on line speeds, forecast, inventory, and capacity.

  • Drive compliance with safety procedures and ensure all warehouse activities meet regulatory and internal standards.

  • Manage procurement and inventory levels to meet operational goals and customer needs, maintaining accuracy through daily cycle counting practices.

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including labor allocation, equipment utilization, and storage efficiency, with a focus on throughput and safety.

  • Develop and mentor warehouse team members to improve skillsets, accountability, and performance outcomes.

  • Track warehouse team performance and output using labor and inventory systems, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Conduct quarterly physical inventories and maintain daily cycle counting practices to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Review warehouse processes and finished goods storage to reduce cost and improve productivity.

  • Evaluate external warehouse services to ensure consistent quality and value.

  • Work closely with plant teams on forecasting and supply chain modeling, budgeting, quality measures, and process improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Bring:

  • 5 or more years of experience in production planning or master scheduling.

  • 5 or more years of experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or material management.

  • BS degree in Business Administration or Process Engineering preferred.

  • Experience with JD Edwards or AS 400 systems is a plus.

  • APICS certification preferred.

  • Strong forecasting and production modeling skills.

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to coordinate daily warehouse operations and streamline multiple site operations.
