We are looking PCT's with In Patient / Hospital experience to work at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Minimal requirements include; -Highschool diploma -A Maryland CNA License -at least 1 year of hospital-based experience in the last 2 years -Proficient in phlebotomy, starting IV's, EKG **additional terms and conditions apply. External applicants only, current JHM and Intrastaff employees excluded from this bonus. The Oncology Infusion Clinic provides both standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy, supportive care infusions, and clinical interventions for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. Other performance and patient outcome services include nurse telephone triage, discharge planning, care coordination, ambulatory clinical evaluation, and advanced drug preparation. Clinical Technicians at The Johns Hopkins Hospital have the opportunity to provide highly skilled and compassionate patient- and family-centered care as contributing members of the healthcare team. Ongoing education is provided to all Clinical Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year, you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit, which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development. Salary Range: Minimum $17.37/hour - Maximum $26.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
