Our Global Mobility function plays a key role in making this possible, helping employees relocate, transfer, and navigate immigration with confidence and care. You'll join a small and high-impact group that collaborates closely with Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and Workplace teams to support global hiring and talent transitions. About the Role We're hiring a Talent Mobility Specialist to help elevate and scale our global relocation and mobility programs. This programmatic individual contributor role is based in New York City and works closely with our mobility vendors. You'll be the go-to expert for relocation logistics and talent mobility support, ensuring smooth and personalized experiences during high-stakes transitions. Over time, you'll also contribute to policy development, vendor performance tracking, and scalable global strategies that make OpenAI a more agile and globally integrated organization. Workplace & Location This role is based in our New York City office in order to help provide global employee support including across timezones in EMEA and the US. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
