Description

This is a 30-hour per week position that's perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact! As the Financial Administrative Assistant supporting our corporate finance department, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a service-oriented attitude, and a knack for teamwork. You'll need to be great at verbal communication and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor. This role involves handling high-level tax and accounting information, being proficient in Excel and Word, and having experience with confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Managing document flow, including creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy).
  • Other general administrative duties (processing mail, copying, etc...)
  • Work in a team environment.
  • High degree of self-motivation and able to work without daily direct supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision.
  • Common sense, dependability, discretion with the understanding of confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong computer skills - Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Excel, Word.
  • General office and accounting process knowledge including customer service, invoicing, payables, payroll, production scheduling, maintenance, and capital projects.
  • Represent Green Bay Packaging in community activities as requested.
  • Shareholder correspondence and quarterly distributions.
  • Assemble financial statement packets and annual report filings.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years executive administrative support and/or equivalent experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in a PDF editor program.
