Responsibilities

Join Our Dynamic Team as an HR Assistant!

Are you ready to launch your career in human resources and make a real impact? We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our vibrant HR department and help us thrive! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with new hires by verifying credentials, conducting background checks, and ensuring all licenses are in order.

Craft the Perfect Offer: Prepare and send out offer letters, manage required paperwork, and follow up with applicants to keep the hiring process smooth and efficient.

Screen for Success: Pre-screen candidates for specific roles, ensuring we find the best fits for our team!

Onboard with Excellence: Prepare comprehensive onboarding packages and track new hire results for physicals and drug testing, setting the stage for a successful start.

Organize for Efficiency: Create, file, maintain, and audit personnel files to ensure everything is in tip-top shape for audits and compliance.

Keep Training on Track: Accurately maintain training records and coordinate essential training sessions like CPR/CPI recertification, sending out timely notifications and reminders.

Update with Precision: Keep our HRIS and Time and Attendance systems up to date with employment status changes, ensuring accuracy across the board.

Master the I-9 Verification: Maintain the I-9 verification log with meticulous attention to detail.

Administrative Wizardry: Make copies, prepare mail, scan invoices for payment, and keep our filing system organized for immediate document retrieval.

Stay Compliant: Maintain our company bulletin boards to ensure we meet all federal, state, and local posting requirements.

Research Guru: Retrieve information or data as needed through standard web browsers and other resources to support our HR initiatives.

Inventory Manager: Track office supply and uniform inventories, ordering when necessary to keep our team well-equipped!

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; an Associate's Degree in Medical Office Management or HR Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is a must!

Pay Range for this position: $22.80 - $29.66 per hour
