Support enablement strategies for effective data analysis and reporting; implement and support data analytics, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality; work on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices, while working with management to prioritize business and information needs; support the end to end process of batch and real-time pipelines to enable insight generation for executives and channels to take proactive action; monitor production workflow; perform release management - code deployment; resolve ticket problems using AYS and JIRA ticketing systems; analyze job failures and assist with resolution; provide Heartbeat monitoring and checks; provide documentation for internal and external system audits; plan and coordinate server upgrades; install and configure software and tools; set up FTP/MFT/SFTP transfer activities; monitor prod servers and track disk usage, CPU usage, load, memory usage, traffic, etc.; provide on-call support.

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, IT Operations Specialist, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years in data management and data engineering, using data storage solutions, data quality tools, data governance practices, data pipelines, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes, and big data frameworks; and 1 year with FTP/MFT/SFTP transfer setup and support, Linux/UNIX command level commands and usage, SQL for data manipulation, data warehousing and data lake concepts, and creating automation using Python or Java scripting.
