Description OurPharmaceutical client is seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Engineer to join a lean, high-impact team supporting critical infrastructure operations. This is a systems-heavy (Basic Networking) role requiring hands-on support across Windows environments, virtualization, backups, and cloud platforms. The right candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day tickets, supporting projects, and collaboration. What You'll Do: Provide operational support for Windows servers, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and the broader Microsoft suite Manage and troubleshoot backup and replication tasks using the full Veeam suite (including Azure and Microsoft 365 backups) Administer Active Directory / Entra ID and Group Policy Support VM-based environments (VMware), including routine server patching and refresh activities Assist with infrastructure-related projects and collaborate with application teams Monitor and maintain systems using tools like Automox, PRTG, SolarWinds ARM, and LogicMonitor Work in coordination with the MSP to ensure platform stability and issue resolution Provide basic networking support (routing/switching, DNS/DHCP) - no firewall management required Document processes, SOPs, and KB articles to support knowledge transfer and operational excellence Skills* Windows, Infrastructure, Systems engineering, Active directory, Windows server, Azure, Vmware, Virtualization, Office 365, System administrator, Windows administration Top Skills Details Windows,Infrastructure,Systems engineering,Active directory,Windows server,Azure Additional Skills & Qualifications Citrix Virtual Desktop and Applications Citrix NetScaler Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki) Servers (Windows, Ubuntu Linux) VMware Azure (networking, virtual machines, enterprise applications) Veeam (Backup and Replication, Backup for Microsoft Azure, Backup for Microsoft for 365) Active Directory / Entra ID Automox Solarwinds ARM PRTG Logic Monitor Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
