This is a 100% telecom position reporting to San Diego, CA.

About the role:

Support Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the organization's Human Resources, Finance, Accounting and SCM (Supply Chain Management) departments. Participate on cross-functional integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Design, build and test ERP system configuration. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct quality reviews of system builds. Review and administer ERP system access.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Lawson (version 9 or higher) ERP application development and administration; experience must be in the Finance or Supply Chain domain of ERP systems.


  • Work experience to include:


1. Serving as application administrator for Lawson ERP systems; must include assisting with access provisioning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues arising in Supply Chain, AP or Finance business processes when using this ERP system.

2. Working with Lawson Finance, Accounts Payable and Supply Chain teams on updating application configurations to address business needs (including assisting with updates to vendor setup and EDI processes).

3. Working with Lawson Finance, Accounts Payable, and Supply Chain teams to assist with application change management processes by developing test scripts, supporting end-user testing, and seeking business owner approvals prior to implementing application changes.

4. Administering the access provisioning and application security auditing process for Lawson ERP systems, to ensure compliance with financial system segregation of duty and security requirements.

5. Monitoring file transfers between the Lawson ERP system and downstream entities, to include troubleshooting and correcting file transfer issues; must include working with Integration team to identify and correct file transfer issues.

6. Improving Lawson-based AP and Supply Chain workflows by offering and implementing improvements to streamline ordering of supplies and payments to vendors.

7. Assisting with IPA development for Infor Financial and Supply Chain processes and ERP Migrations.

Position Pay Range: $116,626.00 to $150,488.00 per year.
