Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 7+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Develop and update data dictionaries with detailed business elements, descriptions, and metadata Perform data quality checks and ensure alignment with established controls and regulatory requirements Link all DQ checks to relevant RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) frameworks and internal controls Document new and existing BSA/AML use cases and refresh prior year documentation as needed Identify and track data defects in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams Work cross-functionally to understand database structures from a documentation standpoint Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Data Management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment Experience working on BSA/AML related projects Strong understanding of data dictionaries, metadata, and business data elements Familiarity with data quality frameworks, control environments, and RCSA methodology Experience documenting complex use cases and managing data defect processes Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Pay Range: $44-54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
