MultiCare College Job Shadow program offers a one-time, job shadowing opportunity for individuals pursuing healthcare disciplines with required hours to enter into the program (exclusions: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Medicine, pre-Medicine). This posting is specific to the Puget Sound Region. Additionally, the college/university must be accredited and affiliated with MultiCare. Our primary focus will be placed on local schools within our regional communities and high demand occupations. We offer up to 8 hours of job shadowing per applicant. Due to the volume of requests we receive we can only offer job shadows on a one-time, observation-only basis.
