Overview We are seeking a senior-level Sr. Business Process Improvement Specialist to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role will lead structured efforts to analyze, streamline, and improve data governance, analytic workflows, and cross-functional performance management practices. The Specialist will support enterprise transformation objectives through the implementation of evidence-based process improvement methodologies, process governance frameworks, and performance evaluation mechanisms. This role emphasizes collaboration with multiple functional areas-data management, information delivery, measure development, and analytics-to establish optimized and repeatable business processes that enhance decision-making and improve outcomes across the Military Health System (MHS).
