Get to know Okta
Okta is The World's Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.
At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we're looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
Join our team! We're building a world where Identity belongs to you.
About This Role
We're building the future of how Okta and Auth0 generate pipeline - fast, focused, and signal-driven. As a Growth Experiment Program Manager, you'll be the operational engine behind our outbound GTM experiments. You'll work side-by-side with the Director of Strategic Growth to plan execution timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure programs are launched on time - and followed through all the way to results and documentation. This is a high-impact execution role. If you love getting things done, checklists, timelines, making sure the ball never gets dropped, and helping teams move fast with clarity - this one's for you. This role is part operator and part growth hacker.
Why This Role Matters
You'll be central to the execution muscle behind a modern GTM engine - one rooted in signals, experiments, and repeatable pipeline plays. You'll move fast, learn a lot, and make a visible impact across Marketing and Sales.
What You'll Own
Execution Planning
- Translate program strategies into detailed execution plans, timelines, and workback schedules
- Track deliverables across experiments to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central point of contact between SDRs, PMM, Digital, Regional Marketing, and Growth
- Facilitate weekly check-ins and async updates to align teams and resolve blockers
Program Logistics & Enablement
- Manage outbound kits, messaging asset delivery, targeting list distribution, and campaign readiness
- Ensure SDR enablement materials are accurate, distributed, and tied to each experiment
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain Asana dashboards to monitor milestones
- Track key KPIs on Tableau (ie: reply rate, meetings booked, ST2s)
- Support post-mortems and documentation of what worked and what needs improvement
Workflow Management
- Keep our experimentation engine organized: files, links, templates, and systems should be accessible and up to date
- Build and maintain repeatable systems and processes that allow us to scale
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing ops, program/project management, or GTM execution
- Strong project management skills - you're organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and aligning cross-functional teams
- Clear communicator who can manage timelines and expectations
- Familiarity with GTM teams (SDRs, PMM, digital) and how they work together
- Experience with Airtable, Asana, or similar project tracking tools
Bonus Points If You...
- Were a top performing SDR, AE, or ABM Marketer
- Have experience executing or supporting outbound programs or campaigns
- Have worked with tools like Clay, 6sense, CommonRoom, Outreach, OctaveHQ
- Can spin up a clean tracker or dashboard without needing help from ops or design
- Have a systems-mindset and enjoy optimizing how work flows across a team
What Success Looks Like
- 3+ Growth experiments launched within your first 90 days
- Growth experiments are executed on-time and without chaos
- GTM teams are aligned, enabled, and not asking "who's doing what?"
- Trusted by SDRs and marketing partners for what "works"
- Programs are tracked through launch, performance, and documentation
- The Strategic Growth leader (that's me) has a trusted partner to scale faster
What You'll Grow Into
- Growth Program Manager or Growth Strategist
- Vertical or region pod leader (e.g., FinTech, SaaS, HealthTech)
- Builder of a repeatable GTM experimentation engine
Why You'll Love This Role
- You'll work directly with the strategic growth leader (that's me) who's here to coach, challenge, and grow with you
- You'll learn more about GTM, experimentation, and signals in 6 months than most people do in 2 years
- You'll be part of redefining how one of the most important identity platforms grows
