Advancement Job Description
The Health Advancement Coordinator plays a vital role on the MU Health Advancement team by managing cross-functional coordination among medical departments, donor relations, and advancement staff. This position requires an individual with strong project management and event planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and professionalism to work with high-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is inquisitive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a complex academic medical environment. They must be resourceful and able to navigate institutional structures to secure the information and support needed to move projects forward. With a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, the Health Advancement Coordinator ensures seamless execution of donor engagement efforts, events, and internal operations. Monday thru Friday 8-5 Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access; familiarity with PeopleSoft and Advance is preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
