Maintenance Technician *Shift: 1st, (6am-4:30pm)* *Pay: $26-$33/hr (Based on experience)* We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facilities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be prepared to take on a leadership role in the future, as our current Maintenance Supervisor plans to retire in 5-6 years. Primary Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance on light manufacturing, CNC, and assembly equipment, including electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execute preventive maintenance tasks and update related records and plans. Troubleshoot equipment and facility systems, using systematic analysis methods. Assist with equipment and facility installations or upgrades. Maintain plant infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and perform basic building maintenance tasks. Occasionally work from aerial lifts (up to 25'). Perform general cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and janitorial duties as needed.
